Meet and Greet with Father Christmas information

Book your visit to see Father Christmas and build family memories full of festive LEGO® fun that will last a lifetime! Meet Father Christmas in his magical cabin in the Park, where every child will receive a LEGO gift.

Before You Book:

  • Before you book you must have booked a Santa Sleepover package and have a valid ticket to enter the park. When making your booking to visit Father Christmas, please select the date your park ticket is valid for, as Father Christmas cabin is located within the Theme Park.
  • Father Christmas Cabin  can fit up to 7 people [excluding infants]. If you're making a booking including infants under 2 years of age, they will be able to  enter the Grotto free of charge, but will not receive a present. If you would like your infant to receive a present, you must purchase a ticket.
  • All guests purchased in one order will meet Father Christmas as one group.
  • Our system shows live availability and our team has the same availability as online. Once your session is confirmed these cannot be amended.

Making Your Booking:

  • When making a booking the first child ticket includes one free accompanying adult. You can add on an additional child ticket for £20 [£15 for Merlin Annual Pass guests] and up to 2 additional adult tickets for £5 each. If you're booking for 7 or more people, these will have to be made across separate reservations.
  • You will need to select a date on the next page and then will be shown the available entry times. When selecting the date of your Father Christmas Visit Upgrade, this will need to be the same date your park entry date is valid. 
  • You will receive an email 24 hours after booking your Santa Sleepover Package if you have opted in to our marketing emails, if you have not opted in please visit our LEGOLAND at Christmas Page.
  • The above upgraded experience is just £15 for Merlin Annual Pass guests per child. Please visit the LEGOLAND at Christmas Page if you have opted out of marketing emails.

After you have made your booking:

  • Once you’ve made your reservation, we will send you a separate email to download to bring with you on the day - please keep this safe. 


  • For the Grotto experience, please let us know in advance of any accessible needs prior to your visit. We would recommend that anyone that requires wheelchair or mobility scooter assistance as well as other additional needs (such as unable to manage queues or loud areas) to get in touch, as we can accommodate this for your time slot. 
  • Please email the Accessibility Experience team separately at and reference in the title ‘Father Christmas Meet & Greet’ with your date and time of your meet & greet and your requirements, so we can inform the Grotto team prior to your visit.
