A Checklist Before You Arrive

Know Before You Go:

  • We look forward to welcoming you to LEGOLAND Windsor Resort. With restrictions lifting from 19th July, our Know Before You Go page has all of the latest on what to expect from your upcoming trip to the Resort.
  • We continue to review and follow local authorities and central Government advice. We ask that all our guests do the same to help protect themselves and each other. Please postpone your visit if you or anyone from your household displays any symptoms of Covid-19. To help you enjoy your visit we’ve introduced several health safety and hygiene measures.   • The LEGOLAND Resort Hotel & LEGOLAND Castle Hotel are cashless hotels. Therefore any payments being made at our Resorts Hotels will need to via room charge, Apple pay, Android pay, Contactless or major Debit/Credit cards. The theme park and shops are also cashless. 

Booking Your Breakfast & Dinner:

  • To help us manage the number of guests in our restaurants, we will require everyone to pre-book their breakfast and evening meals within our accommodation. For more information please visit the 'Booking our restaurants' section.
  • Please be advised that you can add dinner to your package by visiting Manage My Booking - this cannot be added in advance when within 5 days of your arrival date, but can instead be purchased on the day. 

  • Please be advised that restaurant reservations are available from 30 days prior to check-in. We recommend that you make your reservations as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

Booking Your Swimming:

  • For guests staying at the Legoland Resort Hotel and Legoland Castle Hotel, we have a swimming pool and a pirate-themed indoor water play area complete with slides and 'blast-em' water guns. For more information please visit our Swimming Pool information page
  • Please be advised swimming reservations are available from 30 days prior to check-in. We recommend that you make your reservations as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

Download your E-vouchers:

  • You will receive your E-vouchers including; hotel check-in voucher, E-tickets for the Theme Park (if you have Theme Park tickets included in your short break) and any additional upgrades you have selected, 7 days before your check-in date. We will send you a new confirmation email when they are ready.
  • You won't need to bring any paperwork along with you to check-in - you can simply show your confirmation on your mobile phone.
