In line with the latest Government guidance, we are delighted to confirm that LEGOLAND® WindsorResort is now open! We can’t wait to welcome you back!
In preparation for reopening, we have reviewed how we operate every single part of the Resort and we have introduced new hygiene and safety measures for everyone’s safety.
A lot of the measures, such as social distancing in queues, our team wearing protective clothing, and using cards rather than cash, will already be familiar to you from visiting supermarkets and other shops.
But, some new things to expect include temperature checks on arrival, different seating arrangements on rides, delicious new menus in our restaurants, and a modified way to meet our characters (who have really missed you by the way).
As part of our phased reopening, we’re pleased to tell you that the vast majority of our rides and attractions are now open from 4th July. A small number will be closed but we will constantly be reviewing this, and we hope to open as many as we safely can throughout the summer, in line with Government guidance.
Face Coverings while at the Resort.
You will have your temperature checked on arrival and we recommend that you bring and wear a face covering/mask when you visit.
Guests* aged 11 and over will be required to wear a face covering/mask on some of our rides at LEGOLAND Windsor. Only securely fitted face covering/masks should be worn on rides for safety reasons and we would recommend removing them on water rides in case they get wet.
In line with UK Government regulations, guests* aged 11 and over will also be required to wear a face covering/mask within any indoor setting including indoor queue lines, indoor rides and attractions, our gift shops and when queuing inside for food and drink.
Guests* staying in our Hotels will be required to wear a face covering/mask when using the Hotel lobbies, corridors, lifts and other public areas in hotels (excluding the pool, changing rooms and bar/lounge and dining areas when you are seated and drinking/eating).
*Except for people with certain health conditions and/or disabilities.
Which rides and attractions will I need to wear a mask on?
Guests over the age of 11 will be required to wear a face covering/ mask on the following rides:
- The Dragon
- Mia’s Riding Adventure
- Jolly Rocker
- Spinning Spider
- LEGO® City Deep Sea Adventure
- Merlin’s Challenge
- LEGO® NINJAGO® The Ride
- Haunted House Monster Party

Guests are encouraged to bring a suitable face covering/mask with them when they visit or buy one whilst they’re here. Guests will not be permitted on the above rides without a face covering/mask, unless they are under the age or 11 or have certain medical conditions / disabilities. Please contact our Guest Relations team on customer.services@LEGOLAND.co.uk if you have any questions about this.
