18th May 2020 update:
On 19th March 2020, we announced that LEGOLAND Windsor Resort would be closed to guests until further notice. All guests with short breaks booked up until 1st June have been contacted so their bookings could be rearranged. Given the continued Government restrictions and public health guidance, we are now urging all guests with short breaks booked arriving between 1st June and 3rd July 2020 to rearrange their bookings.
When will LEGOLAND Windsor Resort reopen?
LEGOLAND Windsor Resort will remain closed until further notice. We are in contact with the Government and relevant authorities and will work to reopen the Resort to guests as soon as it’s appropriate to do so. We are now contacting guests with bookings to stay at the Resort between 1st June and 3rd July 2020 to advise them on how to rearrange their bookings.
I have a short break booking when the Resort is closed – what can I do?
For guests with a short break booking arriving up to and including 3rd July 2020 we have relaxed our usual terms and conditions so you can now reschedule your break to another date in the 2020 season with no additional costs (subject to availability).
Please visit Manage My Booking and complete the booking amendment calendar, once you have submitted the new date and this is complete we will send you a new confirmation.
If the closure extends beyond 3rd July 2020, then any guests with bookings for arrival whilst the Resort is closed will be contacted in due course. These bookings can then be rearranged in the same way.
Please note- if you have booked a partner Hotel (an offsite hotel) most will honour the price you booked at, however, there are a small number which cannot, we will let you know based on the dates you choose.
What about if my booking is after 3rd July 2020?
Please understand that we are prioritising guests with bookings in the next few weeks. Any short break bookings for stays beyond 3rd July 2020 will, at this time, be subject to regular terms and conditions. If you wish to move your stay, please contact our Short Breaks Team using the contact information located on your booking confirmation. Please note amendments fees may occur.
I cancelled my booking in March / April, but would like to visit later in the year – what are my options?
We’ve relaxed our booking amendment terms and conditions so you can now reactivate your booking and move it to another date later in the season, with the price frozen at the original rate. All affected guests will receive an email from us explaining how they can do this.
My booking is for a date after the 3rd July 2020, can I still contact you?
We anticipate high email volumes over the next few days, so if you want to make a booking the quickest and best way to do that is to visit our website or if you have questions about an existing booking you can visit our Help Centre for all the up to date information.
