I have made a booking and will be in a group of six or more, what should I do?

  • Following the Government update on 9th September, we expect guests not to visit in groups of more than six people* from Monday 14th September to help protect themselves and each other when visiting.

  • We understand that in some circumstances you may not be able to now visit due to these new restrictions.  In this situation please contact our Guest Experience Team to discuss moving or changing your booking and one of the team will get back to you as soon as possible.

  • As a COVID-19 Secure venue we can still host larger numbers in total but groups of up to six must not mix or form larger groups while at LEGOLAND Windsor. We will continue to monitor Government guidance closely.

  • *Government exemptions are outlined here

I'm planning an overnight stay from a 'Very High Alert' area is this allowed?

If you live in an area that’s been designated "very high risk", or you're from Wales or Scotland, you are advised to avoid non-essential travel.

If you've booked an overnight stay at the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort or an offsite partner hotel, we ask that you contact our Guest Experience Team who will discuss the options available to you.

We are experiencing high call and email volumes so your waiting time may be longer than usual. Please note we are prioritising guests who are due to stay within the next 7 days. If you’re staying outside of the next 7 days we kindly ask you to contact us nearer time.
