In line with the latest Government guidance, we are delighted to confirm that LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort is now open and we can’t wait to welcome you back.

We have opened the majority of our rides and outdoor attractions, although some indoor facilities must remain closed for now.  We will reopen with significantly reduced numbers and a range of hygiene and safety measures to protect you and our employees.  You can find out more about these measures here.

Our resort hotels are also open with a reduced number of bookings in line with our attraction capacity numbers.

How do I redeem my voucher?

If your stay was impacted by a Covid-19 park closure and you have been issued with a voucher then your voucher can be redeemed online via Manage My Booking for stays up to and including 3rd July 2021, excluding Winter packages. All Vouchers must be redeemed before 8th November 2020.

When redeeming your voucher the party composition, accommodation type and any additional add-ons must stay the same where applicable.

My booking is for a date after the 3rd July 2020, can I still contact you?

We anticipate high email volumes over the next few days and prioritising guests who are due to stay in the next seven days, so if you want to make a booking the quickest and best way to do that is to visit our website or if you have questions about an existing booking you can visit our Help Centre for all the up to date information.
