Carers are entitled to free entry to the theme park when booking a Shortbreak. No discount is eligible for the accommodation or extras. To book a carers place you must call our Customer Experience Team to book your Shortbreak.
What do I need to bring for my free carer ticket?
Guests able to provide evidence of their disability will be entitled to bring a helper into the Resort free of charge. Please present evidence in the form of a blue badge, diagnosis letter or similar.
A helper must be over 14 years of age and capable of assisting the guest who holds the disability. The helper would be expected to understand the disabled person’s condition and assist them in managing it for the duration of the visit. For example, if the disabled person finds communication difficult due to a diagnosed medical condition, the helper would be expected to take responsibility for ensuring the disabled person is aware of relevant safety information displayed on our signage or communicated by P.A. systems.
Guests with a disability pay the standard entry fee and are eligible to one free helper if they are unable to manage independently. Any further members of the party will pay full price.
Please note on some packages/ offers carers discount is not eligible, our Customer Experience team will make sure you are aware of this at the time of booking.
