My payment has failed, what should I do?

If your payment has been declined by the issuing bank, please contact your bank directly before trying again.

LEGOLAND® Holidays uses the merchant ID 'hex*legolandholidays--' or 'HXPAYMENTS'. Once you have made your booking and payment has been taken from your account, 'hex*legolandholidays--' or 'HXPAYMENTS' will appear on your bank account statement alongside the total value for your booking.
