Our Call Centre Team is exceptionally busy at the moment, we may have already answered your question in our Help Centre. If you’re calling to either cancel your booking or exchange your booking for a voucher you are able to do this through 'My Booking’ section on our website (for guests staying up until the 30th April 2020)
If you still wish to speak to us, we ask that you only call our Guest Experience team if you are due to stay in the next 7 days.
The Guest Experience Opening Hours:
- Monday - Friday 9am- 9pm
- Saturday & Sunday 9am- 5.30pm
- Bank Holidays: 9am-5.30pm
- Our Shortbreaks Guest Experience Team cannot help with questions or bookings relating to day only tickets.
- Our email team are unable to provide quotes or check availability.
- Our email team cannot cancel or amend bookings within 7 days.
- As part of our continuing effort to ensure you receive the highest service standards, we may monitor and record your call for training purposes.
